The Mei Ho House, a distinguished Grade II historic building, holds its roots in the Shek Kip Mei Estate. The building features communal spaces that foster a sense of community and was Hong Kong's inaugural resettlement public housing project. This piece of knit art pays homage to the distinctive characteristics of traditional Hong Kong public housing, specifically the singular doors and windows adorning each unit. The whole work rekindles a profound sense of connection among neighbors in an artistic manner.
